Where are you located?
Our office is at Urafiki Buildings, Block E, Room 17, Ubungo, Dar es Salaam.
Do you host the software you build?
Yes. Our products are cloud-hosted and we install and configure them for you. We also deploy custom systems on Microsoft Azure, AWS or DigitalOcean.
How are updates handled?
Product updates are released twice a year under standard support, at no extra cost.
What support do you offer after launch?
Support is available 24/7 by phone or email, from engineers who know your system.
Can you work with systems we already use?
Yes. We start by mapping the systems you already run and design new work to connect with them.
